Our clients are private and publicly traded biotech companies who are advancing transformational new therapeutics. We work closely and partner with management to provide expert strategic and tactical investor relations support.

​

The consultant will interact directly with senior management to provide strategic and tactical investor relations support. Projects examples include: working with leadership to develop an overall corporate investor thesis; development of the corporate slide presentation; writing press releases; supporting R&D investor events; preparing management for Q&A; providing counsel and support for data readout disclosures; development of an investor outreach strategy; identification and outreach to investor targets; directly representing the company to investors. The consultant will work as part of a small team and the scope of the role and specific activities will be dependent on the individual’s experience and specific competencies.

The position offers flexibility and the ability to primarily work remotely. Consultant will be involved in meaningful, intellectually interesting work that spans across various technologies and therapeutic areas, working directly with senior management.

• Highest level of integrity

• Independent, high energy, self-starter

• Exceptional writing and oral presentation skills

• Analytical with intellectual curiosity

• High emotional intelligence

• Understanding and deep interest in biotech, scientific background is a plus

• Understanding of value creation and the business of biotech

• Interest in the capital markets

• Executive presence 

• Specific IR experience is desired, but not necessary
